MGCLatticeRecurringJobHealth

One row per recurring data job, keyed by its activity id: the job's health thresholds and the result of its last health evaluation, written by the health refresh.

StuckMinutes	MGCLatticeDurationMinutes	No	How long a message may stay in processing before the job shows a warning. 0 uses the default of 60 minutes.

LastMessageDateTime	TransDateTime	No	When the newest message arrived: the enqueue time of an import message, or the start of an export.
StuckMessageCount	MGCLatticeRecordCount	No	Messages that have been in processing for longer than the stuck threshold.
