Dead-letter queue of failed integration work: one row per failed asynchronous operation or file ingestion segment, with everything needed to replay it and the retry bookkeeping.

RequestId	MGCLatticeRequestId	No	The RequestId inside the failed payload, the idempotency key of the operation. Replay reuses it, so a request that already succeeded returns its cached result and a failed request runs again. Empty for a file-ingestion dead letter.
OriginalPayload	DirMemo	No	The serialized request payload captured at failure time, used verbatim to re-invoke the original work on replay. Holds no secrets beyond what the source tracking or segment row already stored.
EditedPayload	DirMemo	No	Operator-corrected request payload for fix-and-resubmit. When set, replay uses this instead of the original payload.
