MGCLatticeFileIngestSizeObservation
The MGCLatticeFileIngestSizeObservation table holds the size a pull last saw for a source file, used to check that the file has finished uploading.

SourceFileNameHash | MGCLatticeSourceFileNameHash | Yes | The Base64 SHA-256 hash of the source file's full path. It keys the record of files that were already ingested, so a long path never widens the key. |
