MGCLatticeBusinessEventSequence
Holds the monotonic counter that stamps every outbound Lattice business event with an ordering sequence number. One row per sequence key; the global key is the only one used today. Stored cross-company (SaveDataPerCompany = No) so the ordering is total across legal entities, which is what a subscriber re-sequencing a single event stream needs. Advanced exclusively through MGCLatticeBusinessEventSequenceProvider::nextValue.
