Discovered inventory of business events in the running application: one row per BusinessEventsBase subclass carrying the [BusinessEvents] attribute. Populated by MGCLatticeBusinessEventCatalogDiscovery using the same supported enumeration the platform's own BusinessEventsCatalogHelper uses.
