MGCLatticeBatchJobEventFilter
Exclusion rules for the batch job status-change business event. Each enabled row is a filter: a batch job whose status changes raises MGCLatticeBatchJobStatusChangedBusinessEvent unless it matches a row, so administrators filter out the jobs, task classes, or statuses subscribers do not need. Within a row the criteria are ANDed (all specified must match); an empty criterion is a wildcard. Across rows the match is ORed. With no enabled rows, every status change raises the event.
