MGCLatticeAsyncOperationTracking

Tracking table for asynchronous service operations queued to the D365 batch framework. Records the target service and operation, serialized request payload, lifecycle status (Queued, Processing, Succeeded, Failed), batch job reference, and the resulting document, posted document number, error code or error details. RequestId (the submission's idempotency key) is unique. CreatedBy is the submitting user (platform-stamped, unlike the caller-supplied UserContext); the processor re-checks that user's access to the target service operation before it runs the operation. ProcessingStartedDateTimeUtc and RecoveryCount drive the recovery of operations whose processing stopped without a result (see MGCLatticeAsyncOperationProcessorService::recoverStaleProcessing).
