MGCLatticeVendorInvoiceJournalService.postInvoiceRegisterJournal

Posts vendor invoices through the journal name given: an invoice register (PurchaseLedger) parks them in the vendor invoice pool for postInvoiceApprovalJournal; a vendor invoice journal (VendInvoiceRegister) posts them outright.
