MGCLatticeInventoryJournalPostingService.postBOMJournal

Posts a BOM journal: each line reports a BOM item as finished and consumes its BOM's components outside production, as the BOM journal's Report as finished followed by Post does (BOMReportFinish, then InventJournalCheckPost). The journal and its lines are created and committed first, then posted; success is reported only when the journal is marked posted. A journal that could not be posted is deleted again.

An MGCLatticeOrderOperationResponseContract: DocumentId and PostedDocumentId are the posted BOM journal; the message counts its item lines and component lines.
