MGCLatticeWorkflowLifecycleBusinessEvent
Business event raised for a workflow lifecycle action - a work item assigned, submitted, approved, rejected, delegated, escalated, completed, or failed. Sourced from WorkflowTrackingTable (which records one row per workflow action), filtered to the meaningful action types, and enriched with the workflow instance's document context. Fills a module gap: the Lattice catalog previously shipped zero workflow approval events - the highest-demand cluster on the Ideas portal. This is the OUTBOUND signal (something happened); it is distinct from the inbound MGCLatticeWorkflowActionService (which takes actions) and from MGCLatticeWorkflowStalledOrFailedBusinessEvent (which alerts on the absence of an action).
