MGCLatticePublishFailedBusinessEvent
Meta business event raised when publishing another business event fails and an Error row is written to MGCLatticeBusinessEventLog. "Publish" is the platform step that builds the payload and writes it to the business events commit log; delivery to the endpoint happens later and isn't covered. It turns a silent, poll-to-discover failure into a push notification an integration team can subscribe to, and carries the log row's logRecId for drill-down and replay. Coverage: only events that opt in through IMGCLatticeBusinessEventLoggable are logged, which today is MGCLatticeRetailAssortmentPublishedBusinessEvent (plus this event, which never alerts on itself), and only a publish that fails outside a database transaction is recorded. The retail assortment event is sent after its own transaction has committed for exactly this reason (see MGCLatticeBusinessEventsPublisher_Class_Extension). It opts in to logging itself so that a failure to publish the alert is still captured as its own Error row (never silently lost). Infinite recursion is prevented at the trigger site (MGCLatticeBusinessEventLogHelper::raisePublishFailedEvent), which refuses to raise a second alert for a failed alert - identified by class - while still writing that Error row.
