MGCLatticeMaintenanceWorkOrderScheduledBusinessEvent
Business event triggered when a maintenance work order is scheduled: it moves to the scheduled lifecycle state (or the mobile app scheduled state) of its work order type's lifecycle model, which is what standard work order scheduling does (see MGCLatticeMaintenanceWorkOrderEventHandlers).
