MGCLatticeMaintenanceWorkOrderCreatedBusinessEvent
Business event triggered when a maintenance work order is created. It is raised once per work order, just before the transaction that inserted the work order header commits, so the payload describes the work order with its lines and first lifecycle state (see MGCLatticeMaintenanceWorkOrderEventHandlers).
