MGCLatticeMRPRunCompletedBusinessEvent
Business event raised once when a master planning run of the built-in planning engine completes for a plan. Raised from ReqCalc.run() only for the main thread of a ReqCalcScheduleItemTable run (see isPlanCalculationRun): helper threads, forecast scheduling, parallel firming, item-level planning and order explosions also run through ReqCalc.run() but are not plan runs. Planning Optimization runs are executed by the planning service and never reach ReqCalc.run(), so they don't raise this event. A canceled run is not a completion and doesn't raise it either (see mustRaiseForRun).
