MGCLatticeItemBackInStockBusinessEvent
Business event triggered when the available physical quantity of an item in a site and warehouse goes from zero or less to above zero in a committed transaction - the item is back in stock there. Sent at most once per item, site and warehouse per transaction, after the transaction has committed (see MGCLatticeInventOnHandEventQueue).
