MGCLatticeInventOnHandChangedBusinessEvent
Business event triggered when a committed inventory transaction changes the net physical on-hand of an item in a site and warehouse. Sent once per item, site and warehouse per transaction, after the transaction has committed (see MGCLatticeInventOnHandEventQueue).
