MGCLatticeCustomAdHocBusinessEvent
Generic ad-hoc custom business event. Allows a caller to raise a single reusable business event for an arbitrary record, carrying a caller-supplied event name plus a typed record reference (table name and RecId) and a free-form JSON payload, without authoring a dedicated event class per case. Lattice never raises it itself: it is sent only when customer X++ code calls MGCLatticeCustomAdHocEventApi::raiseEvent (an X++ API, not an OData action).
