MGCLatticeBatchJobStatusChangedBusinessEvent
Business event raised when a batch job changes status through the batch job record, except for jobs that match an enabled MGCLatticeBatchJobEventFilter row, which filters out the jobs, task classes, or statuses subscribers do not need. Carries the previous and new status so a consumer sees the transition.
