MGCLatticeAggregateMeasurementRefreshedBusinessEvent
Business event raised when a full entity store aggregate measurement refresh finishes - the LastExecutionStatus on a BIMeasurementProcessingStatisticsFull row reaches a terminal state (Succeeded or Failed) with a freshly stamped processing time. It lets a BI or downstream data pipeline react to a completed entity store refresh instead of polling the processing statistics, carrying the measurement name, refresh status, start and completion times, and the duration. The event fires once per measurement per full-reset run.
