MGCLatticeWorkerActionEntity
The MGCLatticeWorkerActionEntity exposes HCM worker / personnel actions from the HcmWorkerAction table, keyed on the personnel action number (HcmActionState.ActionId) and naming the worker by personnel number, so the shape is portable between environments (no record ids). Read-only, data-management enabled and intended for BYOD change-tracking feeds. Unlike the standard worker-action entity family, this entity deliberately projects the audit columns (CreatedBy, CreatedDateTime, ModifiedBy) so downstream consumers can reconcile who changed a personnel action and when. ModifiedDateTime is intentionally absent because the backing HcmWorkerAction table does not enable it (only ModifiedTransactionId is tracked).
