MGCLatticePrintManagementSettingEntity

Print management settings for module-level defaults and customer- or vendor-account overrides; order-level settings are not included. Maps PrintMgmtSettings with its PrintMgmtDocInstance node. The account override is exposed as AccountTableName and AccountNum (both blank for module-level settings), computed in SQL so that rows can be read, updated and deleted by key, and resolved to the account in the target company on import. The print destination is exposed as DestinationType, FileFormat and FileName.
