MGCLatticePeriodCloseResourceEntity

The MGCLatticePeriodCloseResourceEntity exposes financial period close resources (people) (LedgerPeriodCloseWorker) for data management import/export and OData. The worker is surfaced through its personnel number (HcmWorker.PersonnelNumber) rather than the internal HcmWorkerRecId so the natural key is portable across environments. The backing table is global (SaveDataPerCompany=No) so the entity carries no company context. The worker is read-only: a row names an existing worker by personnel number and never creates or changes the worker.
