MGCLatticeOpenSalesOrderLineEntity
The MGCLatticeOpenSalesOrderLineEntity exposes OPEN sales order lines (lines with a remaining physical quantity still to be shipped) from SalesLine joined to inventory dimensions (InventDim). Read-only and performance-optimized with an explicit minimal field projection and a baked-in range on RemainSalesPhysical > 0 for high-volume open-order feeds.
