MGCLatticeJournalPostingService

Custom service for posting journals that already exist in the legal entity - entered on a journal page, imported through data management or created through the standard journal entities - with the standard posting the journal page's Post runs: ledger journals (LedgerJournalPost / LedgerJournalCheckPost), inventory journals (InventJournalCheckPost), project hour and fee journals (ProjJournalCheckPost), production journals (ProdJournalCheckPostBOM, ProdJournalCheckPostRoute, ProdJournalCheckPostRouteJob, ProdJournalCheckPostProd) and trade agreement journals (PriceDiscAdmCheckPost).

parmSubmittedBy

Gets or sets the user who submitted an async request; the delegated rights are checked for this user instead of the current user. The async handler sets it; a direct call leaves it empty.

hasDelegatedAccess

Determines whether a user may invoke the Lattice operation that posts the journal's type: the check the platform applies before it invokes that operation through its service endpoint (MGCLatticeAsyncOperationService::hasTargetOperationAccess). Separate only so a test can stand in for it.

• Returns: boolean true when the user holds a privilege that grants the operation; otherwise, false.

postLedgerJournal

Posts a ledger journal that already exists in the legal entity - a general journal, a customer or vendor payment journal, an invoice register, a vendor invoice journal, an invoice approval journal, a project expense journal or a fixed asset journal - with the standard posting of the journal page's Post (LedgerJournalPost, see postLedger), in one transaction: the journal posts completely or stays as it was.
