Shuttle is free in non-production environments, indefinitely, so you can run your real inter-site scenarios end to end before committing anything to production.

Set up a free sandbox deployment

1. Go to magicite.tech and sign in with your Microsoft work account. The site uses your organization's Entra identity; there is nothing else to register.
2. Start a trial for Shuttle, naming a non-production environment (sandbox, UAT, or development).
3. Download the deployable package (a .zip file) from your account.
4. Deploy it with Lifecycle Services or your standard Finance & Operations deployment tooling.
5. Recreate the transfer scenarios that hurt today: cancel an order with a reason code, put freight on a line and check the cost, force an over-receipt and watch the tolerance workflow route it. Your own data, no time limit.

Shuttle validates its license by contacting the Magicite licensing service; the environment needs outbound connectivity for that.

Production, detection, and subscribing

Production deployments go through source control, like any other ISV package: add the Shuttle package to your source control, include it in your build, and promote the resulting deployable package to production through Lifecycle Services or the Power Platform admin center.

Deploying Shuttle to a production instance is what starts billing. Detection in production without a subscription opens a 21-day grace window to subscribe; within it you get warnings, not a hard block, because enforcement is deliberately soft.

The price is flat: 6,000 USD per production instance per year, all capabilities included. You order online and pay by invoice (purchase order or wire). Every non-production environment stays free.
